We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join Bridgeway Professionals' team in a hybrid role that requires a balance of remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Our client is a global engagement agency that utilizes behavioral economics to drive measurable results for its clients by fostering engagement with their employees, channel partners, and customers.

With a presence in 160 countries through seven global headquarters and operating in 22 languages, they continue to deliver best-in-class solutions to their global, regional, and local customers.

Key responsibilities include enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Reside in the specified market area for hybrid work requirements.
  • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years.
  • Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services.
  • Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).

Compensation:

We offer a base salary of $120K CAD with the potential to earn $160k in the first year through activity bonuses and commissions.
