Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the livestock feed industry. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of animal nutrition and agriculture to build strong relationships with customers and drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including feed mill staff and veterinarians, to provide expert advice on animal nutrition and health
  • Host producer training meetings to keep customers up-to-date on the latest technical information and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of services and products rendered to customers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in an agricultural-related program or equivalent experience
  • Several years' experience in ag-retail and/or sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Valid G driver's license required
  • Strong agricultural background and excellent understanding of animal nutrition and health
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and interpersonal skills
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
