Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
Work Environment

This role will be based in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
