Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10097579 MANITOBA LTD. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a client-focused approach and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
