Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
