The Director of B2B Student Recruitment at Innivec will spearhead revenue growth from local agents and partnerships, focusing on increasing student enrollment within Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute B2B recruitment strategies targeting local agents, schools, and corporate partners to increase student enrollment.
    • Align recruitment goals with the institution's enrollment objectives, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
  • Agent Network Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with local agents, guiding them to meet recruitment goals and increase their market impact.
    • Provide ongoing training and resources to agents to improve their effectiveness in recruiting students.
  • Revenue Management & Growth
    • Drive revenue growth through local partnerships by optimizing agent performance and expanding market coverage.
    • Ensure commission structures and financial incentives for agents are competitive and aligned with recruitment outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Growth
    • Lead a team of professionals responsible for overseeing agent relationships and recruitment operations.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging professional development and team performance optimization.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student enrollment numbers and revenue contributions.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on agent performance, recruitment trends, and revenue generation, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Relationship Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, and IT teams to support recruitment efforts and ensure alignment across departments.
    • Leverage data-driven insights from these departments to inform recruitment strategies and agent performance improvements.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement quality control practices to maintain a high standard of service and maximize agent effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in student recruitment, preferably with experience managing local agents or B2B partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships and agent networks.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian education market and recruitment trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and external relationships.
