At the Canadian Red Cross, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Provisioning & Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Philanthropy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Data Provisioning & Reporting Team and performing managerial duties.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop workplans for the Data & Reporting team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and create reporting and dashboards within Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and create metrics that indicate success, monitoring and reporting program results on an ongoing basis.
- Post-secondary university degree in a relevant discipline, with 10+ years of related work experience and at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Superior analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it to various audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and hands-on implementation experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of sustained concentration.
- High-level knowledge and experience of Power BI and SQL, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- The majority of this work will be executed from home, with occasional non-traditional hours during times of disaster or appeal.
- Eligibility to work in Canada is required, with a successful Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC) as part of the pre-employment screening process.
