About the Role

At Rain Carbon, we are seeking an experienced Operational Leadership and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise operating personnel and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Process payroll and vacation documents, as well as create and report back production process orders in SAP.
  • Arrange and monitor overtime, update overtime records, and process stage 1 grievances.
  • Monitor raw materials inventory and reorder as necessary, participate in Supervisors' meetings, and lead safety meetings on a regular basis.
  • Train operating personnel to perform their tasks, monitor equipment operation, set maintenance priorities, and execute daily production instructions.
  • Examine lab test results and take action if required, investigate and follow-up on corrective actions for product quality nonconformances, and ensure proper equipment preparation for maintenance/engineering work.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience with continuous operations and possess excellent leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.
