Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in the Northern Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction projects from planning to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
