Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of front desk staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless front desk operations.
- Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Demonstrate a strong understanding of front desk operations and perform tasks as needed to support the team.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on front desk performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Co-ordinate, Assign and Review Work: Effectively manage the front desk team, assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and providing feedback for growth and development.
- Hire and Train Staff in Job Duties, Safety Procedures and Company Policies: Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Source and procure necessary materials and supplies to maintain efficient front desk operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Supervision: 5-10 people
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Initiative, Judgement, Organized
