Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of front desk staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless front desk operations.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Demonstrate a strong understanding of front desk operations and perform tasks such as checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on front desk operations, including guest feedback and staff performance.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Co-ordinate, Assign and Review Work: Effectively manage the front desk team, assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and providing feedback.
  • Hire and Train Staff in Job Duties, Safety Procedures and Company Policies: Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage front desk supplies, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Initiative, Judgement, Organized
