Job Title: Executive Food Services Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mary Brown's Chicken as an Executive Food Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department.

Responsibilities:
- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food and services.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to promote a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management on key performance indicators and business outcomes.

Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
