Theo's Eatery is seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen team. This dynamic role requires strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
About the JobAs an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on new recipes, equipment, and procedures
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
