Restaurant Operations Manager

At Stacked Pancakes & Breakfast House, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our breakfast house. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget analysis, menu planning, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and manage budgets for food, supplies, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
- Enforce liquor legislation and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Equivalent experience or education may be considered.
Our breakfast house is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
