- Manage all competitor, customer, and market research to stay ahead of the competition.

- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues, and implement it effectively.
- One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred, but not required.
- High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented individual with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Prior experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry and its challenges.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
