Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth. This individual is a highly sociable and optimistic leader who excels at building and managing a cohesive sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material and manage all competitor, customer, and market research
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly and develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Qualifications:
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented with problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in sales and experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
