Job Title: Advertising Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join our team at Active International. As an Advertising Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our advertising team with a variety of tasks, including calculating advertising rates, conducting research, and preparing bills to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate advertising rates and prepare bills to customers
  • Conduct research to support content production and advertising campaigns
  • Provide clients with information and respond to their inquiries
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Compile, verify, record, and process applications, licenses, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents
  • Participate in contract negotiations and provide customer service
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a fast-paced environment, and you will be working in a team setting. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a hybrid work setting.
