Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to join our team at Active International. As an Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for calculating advertising rates, conducting research to support content production, and preparing bills to customers based on advertising services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate advertising rates and prepare bills to customers
  • Conduct research to support content production and detect grammatical or typographical errors
  • Provide clients with information and perform administrative tasks
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
  • Participate in contract negotiations and provide customer service
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
