Job Title: Advertising Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join our team at Active International. As an Advertising Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our advertising team in creating and implementing effective advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate advertising rates and prepare bills to customers based on advertising services
  • Conduct research to support content production and provide clients with information
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including compiling, verifying, recording, and processing applications, licenses, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents
  • Provide customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, and participate in contract negotiations
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
