At MD Financial Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services, including processing documentation requests, inputting transaction requests, and maintaining accurate records. They will also partner with Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers to book client meetings and respond to inquiries from current and prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Community college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and its applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
  • Working knowledge of CRM2
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH) are considered assets
Compensation and Benefits
