Position Overview

The Corporate Counsel for Legal and Privacy Affairs is tasked with overseeing the Privacy Management Framework and legal matters for Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. This role encompasses the management of privacy obligations, offering legal guidance on promotional activities, bilingual communication, customer inquiries, and additional responsibilities. The preferred candidate will possess a strong foundation in corporate compliance and legal expertise, particularly within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct initiatives to meet Privacy Management Framework standards
  • Deliver legal counsel on promotional, advertising, and bilingual communication requirements
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization
  • Assist in the administration of the Compliance/Legal department
Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law institution
  • Certification from a recognized Canadian compliance professional body

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate compliance and legal practice

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth legal and compliance knowledge
  • Proficiency in French
  • Demonstrated negotiation capabilities
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and Europe
