We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Center Supervisor to join our team at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness center, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the fitness center during operating hours, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all users, including students, staff, and faculty.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs for individuals and groups, including fitness classes and workshops.
  • Evaluate and assess the physical condition of users, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Supervise the training of intercollegiate sports teams, ensuring a high level of performance and sportsmanship.
Requirements
  • Experience as a fitness trainer or instructor in a center of physical conditioning.
  • Post-secondary education in kinesiology or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with young adults aged 16-20.
