Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Program Management team. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and manage multiple projects to ensure they meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive project plan that outlines objectives, scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Assemble and lead a cross-functional team to execute the project
  • Develop and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and tracking expenses
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate and resolve them
  • Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including team members and upper management
  • Adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Manage equipment, materials, and other resources essential to the project's success
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure that the final product or system meets or exceeds customer expectations

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in program management within a technical setting
  • Successful track record of bringing products from concept to production
  • Proven experience in developing, managing schedules and budgets
  • Collaboratively work across diverse teams, especially in engineering, supply chain, and product management
  • Skilled in working with contractors and suppliers to ensure the success of programs
  • Capability to assess risks, comprehend potential impacts, and implement necessary corrective measures
  • Strong problem-solving acumen and the ability to devise creative solutions
  • Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills in negotiation, management, mentoring, and coaching, financial analysis
