Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Colt Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program schedules, budgets, and risk registers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead program planning, including initial project build plan meetings and future project scoping activities.
  • Manage program financials, including forecasting and ensuring accurate financial and resource forecasts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers, ensuring all program events and issues are documented in writing.
Accountabilities
  • Drive new projects, initiatives, and project launches from bid award through to delivery.
  • Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
  • Maintain secure and confidential company information.
  • Adhere to Colt Canada Corporation's policies and procedures.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in an office environment, with occasional travel to manufacturing, assembly, range, and lab areas. PPE will be required in these areas.
