Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2864769 Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff who prepare and portion food. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
