Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Wild Wing Ingersoll. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, and time management skills.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
