Wild Wing Ingersoll is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Manage kitchen operations, making decisions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and focus under pressure.
- Physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with staff and management.
- Dependability, flexibility, and initiative, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
