Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that inventory levels are optimized.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
