Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Elgebeily Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, manage inventory, and optimize labor scheduling.
- Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English.
- 40 hours per week.
