Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Elgebeily Restaurant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of marketing plans
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English
- 40 hours per week
