Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Manage inventory, estimate ingredient and supply needs, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and we require our team members to be able to work effectively under pressure.
