Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Blink Vision Care. As an essential member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Respond to incoming calls, take messages, and relay information to the relevant personnel.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Gather and analyze data, preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our digital database, updating records and files as necessary.
  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Assist with financial duties, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-6 Months of Experience: You should have at least one month but less than six months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be able to maintain accurate records and files, ensuring attention to detail is paramount.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You should be comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
