Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our Korean-inspired cuisine, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Team Collaboration

Requirements

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
