The Role

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant, Consumer Escalations and Compliance to join our Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional administrative support to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer (CCRO) and help form strategic decisions about customer complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track KPIs and reporting of consumer complaint resolutions
  • Monitor regulatory licensing requirements for staff
  • Prepare executive and Board reports for the CCRO
  • Schedule and manage Internal Risk Committee meetings
  • Oversee and monitor the status of open complaints and adherence to policy and processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Life and P&C insurance industry or as an Executive Assistant
  • Minimum of 1 year experience successfully managing sensitive or complex consumer escalations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Post-secondary coursework in an administrative program or relevant field
  • Professional experience in customer service for Life and P&C insurance
