We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SALEEM MOHD Personal Real Estate Corp. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
