About Staffing Ltd.
\We are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to move to full-time in the future. The ideal candidate will be a passionate professional with exceptional HR abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to collaborate with others.
\In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, recruitment, and retention initiatives. You will provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws.
\You will also cultivate a positive, inclusive company culture focused on employee engagement and well-being. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and overseeing HR policies and procedures for all subsidiaries, administering benefits programs, managing compensation structures, and overseeing employee onboarding.
\The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role and a strong understanding of HR practices in Canada, including employment laws and regulations. Experience with HR software, such as BambooHR, is a plus.
\We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35+ per hour, based on experience, and flexible work hours of 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This opportunity does not include relocation, and all applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
