**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- A relevant post-secondary degree, such as commerce or business administration, with 10+ years of management experience in complex organizations.
- Recognized project management certification (PMP) and 10+ years of direct project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
