About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at TAPPTIC INC. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Manage Employee Relations

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Recruitment and Hiring

Develop and implement effective recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Training and Development

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Performance Management

Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure that employees are meeting their performance goals and objectives, and provide coaching and development opportunities to support employee growth and development.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and provide support to employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.

Employee Communications

Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and procedures.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry or company size.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Knowledge

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and human rights.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
