Job Title: Infrastructure Automation Specialist

At ENMAX, we're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you'll play a crucial role in innovating and maintaining our IT infrastructure automations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and maintain IT infrastructure automations
  • Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Oversee pipeline management including build and release automations
  • Build relationships with Support Groups and vendors to exceed internal customers' expectations
  • Work with operational teams to identify opportunities for new automations
  • Mentor peers and share knowledge to bolster the team's technical expertise
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science or related Diploma
  • 2+ years experience developing with Python
  • ~5+ years of work experience in IT Infrastructure support with a solid grasp of operational activities both in cloud and on-premises environments
  • ~3+ years applying software development lifecycle techniques
  • ~3+ years leveraging DevOps techniques
  • ~ Agile development experience
  • ~ Experience with scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell as well as IaC tools like Ansible
