About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ACG Group Corp. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, including financial reports and other administrative reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
