Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that our team members are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that our team is well-trained and motivated to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, conducting regular quality checks to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions and improve our operations.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates to our management team on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
