Job Summary

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Wendy's Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service team. This includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, training employees, and maintaining quality control standards.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with 5-10 people under supervision.
