Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Carwash Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Clean Auto & Truck Wash Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wash bay, ensuring that all cleaning staff are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to customers, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including payroll and inventory management.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or automotive industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
