Service Advisor Opportunity at Bannister Automotive Group

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Grande Prairie Honda and Kia, divisions of Bannister Automotive Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by serving as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their service needs and coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes, scheduling appointments and communicating effectively with customers regarding service updates.
  • Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth service process, explaining service recommendations and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Process service orders and invoices accurately, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution, collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems is an asset, with proficiency in service management software.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000-$90,000 per year, plus commissions.
