Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Operations Manager to join our team at Crystal Clean Auto & Truck Wash Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our customers, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these services to our management team.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payroll, inventory, and customer payments.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive or cleaning industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
