Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Loc Carpentry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tight deadlines and ability to multitask
- Accurate and client-focused
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
