About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Lead to join our team at AK Alliance Manufacturing.
Job Summary
The Inventory Management Lead will be responsible for managing sales staff, overseeing work schedules, and optimizing inventory to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: The Inventory Management Lead will assign sales workers to duties in a way that maximizes productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and Train Staff: This role involves hiring and training new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Authorize Returns and Resolve Customer Issues: The Inventory Management Lead will be responsible for authorizing returns and resolving customer issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: This role involves establishing work schedules that meet the needs of the business while also considering the needs of employees.
- Prepare Reports on Sales, Merchandising, and Personnel: The Inventory Management Lead will prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel to help inform business decisions.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: This role involves organizing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary school graduation, 1-2 years of experience, English fluency, and the ability to work 32-40 hours/week.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
