Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Manager to lead our inventory management and merchandising efforts in our Edmonton-South store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing, providing an exceptional customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

As a Replenishment Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Assisting the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Managing and supporting the truck processes to ensure standards are met and KPIs are achieved.
  • Executing and supporting the planogram process (POGs) to standard.
  • Managing and executing shrink and safety programs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and supporting the team in achieving their role KPIs.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.


Work Environment

This role is based in a public retail store setting, with a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be working in a team-based setting, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the success of the store.
