Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team at Royal Marc Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing tasks to accomplish the work, planning and organizing operational logistics, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock
  • Plan and control budget and inventory
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability. They will be a team player and have the ability to maintain sales records for inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Work Setting:

The Inventory Control Manager will work in a warehouse or retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.

Supervision:

The successful candidate will supervise 1 to 2 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Inventory Control Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Personal Suitability:

The successful candidate will be flexible, organized, and reliable.
