Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 5-10 people in the management of telecommunications services
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Develop and implement strategies to improve telecommunications services and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in an urban area
- Ability to obtain a criminal record check and a driver's validity licence check
