The Telecommunications Department Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people in the management of telecommunications services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in supervising a team and making strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-10 people in the management of telecommunications services
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve telecommunications services and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an urban area
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record check and a driver's validity licence check
